Bible Lock Screens
“A deep, affordable Scripture-wallpaper library with no subscription and no ads.”
Bible Lock Screens is one of the longest-running Scripture-wallpaper apps on iOS, and that maturity shows. With more than 1,100 hand-designed wallpapers organized into searchable collections, it treats your lock screen as a daily touchpoint for the Word rather than a one-off aesthetic tweak.
What sets it apart from newer widget apps is the one-time $1.99 price - no subscription, no ads, no credit meter - plus a growing bundle of audio devotionals, voiceover videos, and Scripture-over-ambient-music sessions. Those extras are still labeled beta, but the core wallpaper library is polished and reliable, and auto-rotating collections keep the screen feeling fresh.
The trade-off is aesthetic range: many designs lean traditional and can feel dated next to premium-minimalist apps like Alabaster. And despite website marketing that mentions Android, the actual product is Apple-only. If you live in the Apple ecosystem and want a deep, affordable, no-strings wallpaper library, though, it's an easy recommendation.
