Welcome to ChristianAppReviews.com (the "Service"), an independent directory where Christians discover, compare, and review apps. By creating an account, posting a review, submitting or promoting a listing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

ChristianAppReviews.com is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the apps we list unless we clearly say so. App names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Accounts on ChristianAppReviews.com are separate from any account you may hold on another site. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at our contact page if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may verify accounts (for example, by email) and may grant or revoke a verified-pastor or church status at our discretion.

3. Reviews, ratings, and content you post

You keep ownership of the reviews, ratings, questions, answers, and other content you submit. By posting it, you grant ChristianAppReviews.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

You agree that anything you post is your own honest, first-hand experience and that you will not:

• post content you were paid or incentivized to post, or attempt to manipulate ratings (no astroturfing, vote brigading, or fake reviews);
• review an app you build, own, or work for as if you were an ordinary user;
• post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content, or anything that is not genuinely about the app;
• include spam, malware, or links intended to deceive.

We review content and may edit, refuse, or remove anything that violates these Terms, and may suspend accounts that abuse the review system. Ratings and rankings reflect genuine user experiences and cannot be purchased (see our Sponsor and Advertising Policy).

4. Community Pulse

The Service may ask short, optional questions (the "Community Pulse") about apps you have used or would consider. Your responses help form an aggregate "would use again" signal. Responses are voluntary, are aggregated, and are subject to the same honesty expectations as written reviews.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape or bulk-download the Service, probe or interfere with its security, impersonate others, circumvent rate limits or access controls, or use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.

6. Developer listings, claims, and submissions

If you submit or claim a listing, you represent that you are authorized to act for that app and that the information you provide is accurate and not misleading. We review submissions by hand and may decline, edit, unpublish, or remove a listing at our discretion. Claiming a listing may require proof of ownership. You are responsible for keeping your listing accurate.

7. Payments, fees, and refunds

Some features are paid, including app submission, promoted placements, and the Priority listing tier. Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms. Prices are shown before checkout. Paid placements are charged once for the period you choose and do not auto-renew unless stated otherwise.

Ad credits included with a paid tier may be used only to fund the labeled placements offered on the Service, may expire, and have no cash value. If a payment is fully refunded or reversed (including a chargeback), we may cancel the placement it funded and revoke any credits or paid benefits it unlocked. 8. Advertising and editorial independence

Advertising never changes an app's rating or its earned ranking. Paid placements are clearly labeled, capped per page, and shown separately from organic results. The order of apps, the "Compare the top 3" table, the AI finder results, and editorial picks are never for sale. Full details are in our Sponsor and Advertising Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its original text, design, and software, is owned by ChristianAppReviews.com and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

10. Third-party apps and links

Listings describe third-party apps that we do not control. We do not guarantee any app's quality, safety, availability, or fitness for your needs, and your use of any app is governed by that app's own terms and the rules of the store you download it from. Our listings and ratings are informational only.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChristianAppReviews.com and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChristianAppReviews.com from claims arising out of content you post, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or remove content, at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time through our contact page.

15. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "last updated" date, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ChristianAppReviews.com operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless the law requires otherwise.
