WorshipTools makes a claim that sounds too good to be true, a complete worship-tech stack that is entirely free, and then largely delivers on it. Presenter handles song and slide presentation on Mac and Windows, Charts gives you transposable chord charts on phone, tablet, and web, Planning schedules volunteers and services, Community acts as a church database, and Rehearse provides practice mixes with loops and click tracks. There are no per-seat fees and no paywall.
For a church plant or a budget-conscious ministry, this is genuinely liberating. The tools are clean, actively developed, and backed by a helpful support community, and Presenter in particular is a lightweight, approachable alternative to expensive presentation software. Getting all of this without a subscription line item is close to unheard of in church tech.
The honest caveat is maturity. Some of the tools are newer and less feature-deep than paid incumbents like ProPresenter or Planning Center, and you will occasionally hit a rough edge or a missing power-user feature as the suite grows.
