Our verdict
EasyWorship earns its name. For churches that mainly need song lyrics, Scripture, announcement loops, and sermon points on a screen, it is one of the fastest tools to learn and one of the cheapest to run. A volunteer can be productive after a single training session, which matters enormously when the person running slides changes week to week.
The library of ready-made backgrounds and countdowns on the Premium plan is a real time-saver, and the software includes a solid schedule and song database, Bible integration, and alpha-channel video support. It has historically been a Windows-first product, and while a Mac version exists, power users still tend to find it slightly more at home on Windows.
What you give up is depth. EasyWorship does not chase the live-video, multi-output, and hardware-integration ambitions of ProPresenter, so large production teams will hit its ceiling.
